FAQs: Delivery of dressings

  • Do I need to pay for delivery?
    No. Patients of the scheme do not need to pay any delivery charges for their Standard Order of Approved Dressings each month. The only payment required is the Monthly Contribution.
  • What should I do if I am not going to be at home when my dressings are due to be delivered?
    You must phone BrightSky’s EB Co-Ordinator on 1300 290 400 at least two full business days in advance of your delivery to change your delivery arrangements.  All orders must be signed for by the patient or their authorised representative. BrightSky will not leave dressings at the delivery address without the required signature. If re-delivery is required, there may be a fee.
  • Can I change my delivery address?
    Yes.  You can change your delivery address for one or more orders. Simply notify BrightSky at the time you place your monthly order or, if that is not possible, phone the EB Co-ordinator on 1300 290 400 at least two full business days in advance of your scheduled delivery.
  • How long does it take to receive the ordered products?
    The average delivery time is two to five business days.
