Managing your monthly order

Step 1

BrightSky will contact you each month to confirm your order and organise your contribution payment

BrightSky will contact you at least one week prior to the scheduled delivery date to confirm your dressing requirements for the next month and to organise payment of your Monthly Contribution.

At this time, you can reduce your order or increase it (up to your Standard Order as prescribed), depending on your needs or change your delivery address.

Step 2

BrightSky will deliver your monthly dressing order to your door

All deliveries must be signed for. Therefore please ensure you will be home at the time of delivery or provide an alternate delivery address where a signature can be obtained. Children who are minors cannot sign for deliveries.

If you are not home to receive a delivery, your order may not be received in time. Subsequent deliveries may incur additional charges.
